Aquí copio algo de información para que se puedan ubicar. Este sería el encabezado de la tabla donde aparece el término en cuestión.

Y dentro de la tabla el punto 1) y con los puntos a) y b). En el punto b) aparece (loc), el cual es el término para el cual no encuentro traducción.

a) Open (ref): verify the volume doesn’t open (msg about archive process).
b) Review (loc): verify the volume doesn’t open (msg about archive process), but the loc volume opens in single mode.

As I said before normally, the translation of (loc) to Spanish is “Ubic”. In oher cases is used in Spanish also “loc”.

IMPORTANT EXPLANATION:
Gabriela,
Probably it looks strange all the context of your case, but MOSAIQ is a software for the processing of 3D images of the body and some concepts are different that we talk about the accounting of a company. This software doesn't talk about of the units of one product or the volume of each product.
You have to realize that the pelvis and prostate are locations in the study of the body. And of course, the pelvis and the prostate have volumes. For this reason is reasonable to talk about the location volume. (volumen de la ubicación).
