¿Cómo debería traducir la parte que está escrita con mayúsculas?

What can be designed, as a matter of fact, MAY NOT LEND ITSELF TO BEING "CREATED" (i.e., fabricated, manufactured, assembled, etc.) in a cost-efficient manner.
