Growth rings noted; vessels in many sizes ~80-135 mm diameter, early wood vessels large diameter; occur in tangential groups or clusters. Fibers thin walled; overall appearance similar to Artocarpus TS. Total count for 5 samples 66; samples are small diameter twigs, woody stems (Gail Murikami). Dates achieved are consistent for this taxa ID.
Sample level range: 250-420 cm. Results: cal A.D. 1465-1645
