This is an Agreement for a Hydrogen Plant Management Study.
I have been translating similar contracts for this same project for several years, but they had never used "Obliged Persons". Is there a meaning I'm missing here? Maybe I'm too tired...

Personas con obligación/deber/compromiso
“Obliged” es un término que cambia de sentido dependiendo de su uso. En éste caso se refiere a las personas que tienen un compromiso/ obligación/ deber o compromiso legal. Su uso aquí es para no utilizar un término que pueda ofender a los involucrados en el proyecto pero dejarles saber que sí tienen una obligación con la confidencialidad del material discutido.
