(vi) fifth, to the account or Person designated by Borrower in such Construction Account Withdrawal Certificate in reimbursement of any equity contributions made and deposited in the Construction Account on or before such date, in an amount that, as certified by Borrower in such Construction Account Withdrawal Certificate, will not cause the aggregate amount of all equity contributions to Borrower (after giving effect to such reimbursement) to be less than fifteen percent (15%) of the aggregate amount of Project Costs incurred through and after giving effect to the Term Conversion Date and projected to be incurred after the Term Conversion Date in accordance with the Project Costs Budget;

(x) sixth, to the payment of all Affiliate Fees then due and payable to the applicable Affiliate for which invoices have been presented and which are then due and payable by Borrower pursuant to the terms thereof;
