The wise man does not say that the righteous is more excellent than the wicked, but gives the unrighteous man the best designation of which truth will admit, for after all possible allowances are made on the side of the unrighteous, the superior excellency of the righteous man is still unquestionable.
I don't undestand what the author is trying to say with the whole sentence.

el injusto (unrighteous) may sound a bit harsh here but it would be used only in contrast to the "justo" (righteous)..

El sabio (supongo que se refiere a Salomَn) no dice que el justo es mejor que el impيo, pero le indica al impيo lo que la verdad admitirل (o el camino de la verdad?), porque, después de todo, las posibles indulgencias estلn hechas para el pecador, la superioridad/virtud del justo es aْn incuestionable.
Mلs o menos eso es lo que entiendo.
