English term

closing identities

English Social Sciences International Org/Dev/Coop
We live in a time of great challenges and promises: modernization, globalization, immigration, economic crisis, old and tired democracies and new ones in a hard process of formation, wars and conflicts. All these factors of destabilization and rapid change create negative reactions of fear, closing identities, racism, fundamentalism, and phobias.

Thank you for your help!
