French term

2 x 15/10ème d'épaisseur

French to English Tech/Engineering Manufacturing company description for catalogue
Description in company catalogue of security door frame:

"double cadre en acier électrozingué 2x15/10ème d'épaisseur"

Do you think we are talking about the thickness of the electroplating here, or the thickness of the steel? And for the life of me I cannot decipher "2x15/10ème" in this context. Maybe it's staring me in the face. I just need someone to remind me. Thanks in advance.

Selected

2* 1.5 mm

I assume it's all about the steel
Peer comment(s):

agree Tony M : Yes, exactly! 2 x 15 tenths of a mm = 2 x 1.5mm; MUST be the steel, it would be too thick for mere electro-plating

2x is for the double frame

Double frame each (frame) of that thickness, I think
