การแปล - ภาษาอังกฤษ If I received this scholarship from the Italian Government, upon returning I would create as many works of art that the public can appreciate aesthetically and artistically, and as the media allows. I find that the knowledge and understanding of Thai people of art, contemporary art in particular, and Thai culture is still at an early stage compared to those of developed countries, where crowds queuing in front of art galleries and museums are regularly seen. I see the opportunities and directions of incorporating knowledge and skills, which I would receive from the program granted by the Italian Government, with Thai traditional culture to form a well-balanced and widened vision necessary for creating art works that are technically and methodologically unconstrained and easily accessible by the public. The world has seen a wide range of art movements including Impressionism, Expressionism, Surrealism, Pop Art, Dada, Futurism, Modernism, Postmodernism, and so many more movement that are not mainstream. I am interested in creating sustainable art works representing Thailand’s identity and reflecting the Thai way of life in a way that people from all walks of life can enjoy.

ข้อความต้นทาง - ภาษาอังกฤษ High pressure processing takes center stage in food safety
Heightened awareness of food-borne pathogens has sparked profound consumer concern about food safety. At the same time, public health consciousness is fueling the demand for easy-to-prepare, minimally processed products that are fresh, natural, and wholesome, with no added chemicals.
High pressure processing (HPP) is a commercially established technology that enables food manufacturers to satisfy these two trends. The process uses water under ultra high hydrostatic pressure to disable pathogens and bacteria such as Listeria, E.coli O157:7, and Salmonella in packaged refrigerated products.
