I have extensive hands on experience in business and human development working for different international corporations; accredited academic institutions, donor agencies, governmental bodies, non-profit organizations and NGOs.

Additional skills and experience I can offer stem from my fluency in three languages: English, Arabic and Spanish are definite assets. In addition, I have a good command of the Italian language. I have demonstrated these skills through teaching positions, document translation, book reviews and interpreting for various events.

Throughout my career I was in charge of translation in various international development, training and coordination assignments, ranging from building business partnerships, preparing agreements, drafting and reviewing progress reports, approaching potential partners, translating relevant tenders and submitting corresponding proposals. I also took part in international awareness campaigns and public relations seminars as well as conferences and high-level meetings and development strategy groups in both the Middle East and Europe.

I have 16 years of extensive expertise in translation. I have solid people and networking skills, am multilingual and have had many years of multicultural exposure. I have exceptional people management skills, namely: coaching and mentoring, empowerment and management by objectives, strong analytical and negotiating skills; and I work effectively in an interdisciplinary and/or a multicultural team environment framework. I also have strong organizational and reporting skills, confidence and self-motivation, and clear articulation in both oral and written communication. Some of my additional strengths include an ability to master new material and to set priorities successfully, as well as meet tight deadlines. I have also provided in-house training for different partners and stakeholders on various speciality areas.
