In the case where a lost item was found during cleaning, it shall be returned if deemed to be usable by our staff.
We shall not be held responsible for disposal or return of unusable items.
Please be sure to confirm the number of items at time of order and pick up. We shall not be liable to claims following pick up of items.
Please remove buttons and other ornaments of items to be entrusted before making an
order.
Although products may be washable, this does not necessarily refer to buttons and other
ornaments thus excluding them from compensation in the event that they are lost or
destroyed.
There are stains on items that can not be removed.
Please be aware that blots can arise and color change is possible during cleaning.
Shall products entrusted with us not be retrieved on established pick-up day and 14 days pass from then, 5000 VND shall be charged each additional day following as storage and
fire insurance fees.
Products shall not be returned unless storage fee is paid. This does not apply in the
instance the customer and our staff agreed to change the pick-up date.
We shall not be held responsible for damage or loss incurred during storage if a storage
request was neither made nor three months had passed following the end of planned
storage.
Please inform us about items that are over 20,000,000 VND.
There are certain products which we reserve the right to refuse cleaning of.
Compensation rules state, regardless of the case, that products shall not surpass
12,000,000 VND.

About Compensation
Those parties eligible for compensation are limited to those who have registered their
customer information with us. Compensation shall be rewarded in the case where the partyinvolved makes the request, and whose request, is judged by us to be in accordance with
compensation rules.
Compensation limit
If request for compensation is made within 30 days of order and is judged by us to be in
accordance with compensation rules, a compensation payment shall be made. Please be
aware that late requests shall be refused.
The premise for this is the concerned item having a marking tag of our company. In the
case that our marking tag has been lost or destroyed, compensation shall be accorded
only if evidence is provided thus.
Compensation is Not Provided in the Following Cases
We shall withhold the right to provide compensation in the following cases:
○ An explanation was given beforehand concerning the risk of damage during the process of cleaning
○ If cooperation is not provided to us or our proxies in an investigation
○ Our designated compensation form has not been sent for six months or more
○ Where company label and address of foreign product or imported product or Vietnamese
maker do not appear
