My name is Noxolo Khanyile.

I am a qualified Language Practitioner with expertise in IsiZulu/English with an experience in the field of publishing, editing, proofreading, transcription, development of IsiZulu Terminology and translation. I have a National Diploma in Translation and Interpreting Practice and Theory. My key areas of expertise include but are not limited to the following.

 A solid background in Publishing, Translation, Transcription and Interpreting practice.

 Possessing a convincing record of accomplishment of involvement in publication of indigenous literature titles.

 Having a well-deserved reputation for interpersonal skills accompanied with acceptable work ethics.

In addition, I have been involved in the publication of IsiZulu Soqobo, Masihambisane and IsiZulu Sethu to name the few. I am currently involved in Indigenous Languages Literature proofing, editing, arranging manuscripts, doing photo search, juggling permissions and administrative work, creating artwork briefs, liaising with authors, illustrators and translating. Being in various positions has enabled me to strengthen my organizational skills, language and working effectively with those around me.

I would like to be involved in the exciting and simultaneously challenging development world. Within the time, I have worked as an isiZulu Freelancer and at Shuter I have multitasked across various publishing areas in order for me to be equipped as much skills possible believe that my skills, experience, and reputation for excellence even in my freelancing services can greatly enhance your department’s already impressive performance.
