Bio

Professional Career:

My whole professional career belongs to first journalism and later Advertising sector in Islamabad, Pakistan. I started my career as a journalist in 1995 and in this capacity, I worked for a couple of reputed national dailies. Later, in 2001, I moved to advertising sector where I have been a part of top rated advertising agencies in Islamabad as a Creative Writer.

As a Creative Writer, I have been involved in uncountable time-bound advertising campaigns. It helped me greatly becoming a "Dead-line Man".

I can't count how many Documentary Scripts, TV Commercials, Ad Copies, Radio Scripts, other advertising material, and above all translation from English to Urdu and vice versa I have done throughout my career. Currently, I'm working with some advertising agencies as a freelancer.

Fiction Writer and Poet:

Apart from my profession, I'm a recognized and widely published Fiction Writer, Poet, Wellbeing Writer, and Essayist. As an author three Urdu Novels, two short stories anthologies are already on my credit. As Urdu and Punjabi poet, I have written  many poems that are yet to be compiled.

As a wellbeing writer, recently my first book "Yoga for Youthfulness" has been published on Amazon Kindle as Paperback and eBook.

Translation:

Translation from English-Urdu-Punjabi is my another strength. Fortunately, Translation has been an essential part of my job throughout my journalist and advertising career. Apart from doing translation job on professional level, I have been an independent Translator throughout my life. In this capacity, I have translated many fictional and non-fictional books, training manuals, articles, etc. I usually do literary, general, technical, legal, and medical translations.

I fully realize that a translator is a proficient linguistic professional who serves as a bridge between different languages, enabling effective communication and comprehension. That's what I do for my clients. My creativity coupled with the command over the targeted languages have always been helpful to associate me with some reputed clients including UN Agencies, NGOs, Private Sector, Publishing Houses and Individuals.

I hope you will be my next satisfied client. Let's work together and enjoy good working experience.
