It is the policy of [Client Name] to retain records for only as long as required by laws or as they are reasonably expected to be of use to [Client Name].
This Policy requires that records be maintained the longer of the following time periods:

For all other records, even those that may not be identified by the Schedule, employees should assume a retention period not to exceed one (1) year after the specified record creation date.
