Insert concordance match without deleting existing text

Using Ctrl+1,2,3... one can get the concordance match into the segment. So far so good. What if one wants to insert the match instead of replacing the existing text, ie the match could be a single word.

Autocomplete when typing first letter of match string will not function either in such cases.

I can see that at times it will delete existing texts and other times it will simply insert.

Create a macro that saves the segment to the clipboard.
