How to change the colors for different TM-Matches?

I would like to change the colors for different TM-Matches. Inexplicably, the default setting makes 100%-Matches look very much like 95% percent matches, despite the fact that accidentally confirming a 95% match tends to result in bad consequences. However, I can't find the setting for the TM match colors. Bizarrely, it is not under Tools > Options > Colors, where you would kind of expect it to be.
