Translation Quality Assessment in Studio 2019 is grayed out

Hi everyone
I was going to use the Translation Quality Assessment function in Trados Studio 2019 but it is grayed out for some reason. I only found tutorials on how to use this feature but nothing on my problem. How can I enable this feature? I looked at the QA Check profiles and also tried to export/import settings but to no avail, the feature remains grayed out. Any suggestions?

What version do you use? Feb 7, 2022

This feature is only available with Pro version.

If you have Freelance, you can try this plugin called Qualitivity:
