Just open MultiTerm if you have a term base, then WorkBench, and create a TM just as you would with Word files. Then open Tag Editor. From the Tag Editor menu, pick File, Open, browse till you get to the file you need to translate and save it as a bilingual (.ttx) file (you\'ll see the option). The rest is pretty straightforward (you\'ll get the same commands as in the Trados tool bar in Word, like open, set/close next open/get, etc.)
