German to English Science Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Pharmaceutical testing

I thought I could use "format" in this context... but then when I Googled, I could not find
format used (nor form) in conjunction with Q10 (e.g. Q10 format, or Q10 form).
Can someone help me with this?

Experiment mit Koffein 50% gemacht sowie eine neue Blisterform für
