14. Method according to Claim 13, FOR THE PURPOSE OF step c1 comprising:
- determining carriers (2) which form the section of the supporting surface (12) on which a product rests using a determining device (70),
- FOR THE PURPOSE OF at least one pusher member (20) of the pusher members associated with the determined carriers (2), allowing the presorting switch member (50) of the presorting switch device (36) to be in the active presorting position, and
- FOR THE PURPOSE OF the pusher member which is situated directly upstream of the most upstream pusher member of the at least one pusher member allowing the presorting switch member (50) to be in the passive presorting position.
